Should my computer files be MAC or PC based?
We support MAC and PC platforms. Please specify which platform and program you are using when requesting a quote.

How should I submit my files?
For the most expedient handling of your project please submit your project on disk along with a hard copy. Package the project using a “save for service provider” utility. Make sure all graphics and type used are saved to the disk. If you’re converting your project to PDF, and it is going on press, be sure it is set up specifically for the press

Should my files be Spot Color, RGB, or CMYK?
If your project is going on press, all art should be prepared to color separate correctly when it is ripped. If your project is a 1, 2. or 3 color piece, it should be set up in spot color. If it is a full color piece it should be submitted in CMYK.

If your project is going to be produced on our High Speed color equipment, the files should be submitted in RGB.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We honor Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards, as well as business and personal checks and cash.
